When to expect your bag
Allow 1–3 weeks from order to delivery. Ali will contact you if she needs to check your colour choice before she starts.
Mainland UK delivery is £4.99 per order, covering mainland England, Scotland and Wales, excluding islands. For Northern Ireland, islands and other destinations, contact Ali before ordering.
Care and returns
Looking after your bag
Hand wash it in cold or lukewarm water with a little mild soap, press the water out with a towel and dry it flat, out of direct sun. Never wring it or hang it up while it’s wet. Read Ali’s care guide.
