Delivery and ordering

Bags are made to order. The estimated time from order to delivery is 1–3 weeks.

Enter the colour you would like when ordering. Ali may contact you if she needs to clarify the shade before she begins your order.

The £4.99 delivery service covers mainland England, Scotland and Wales, excluding islands.

For Northern Ireland, islands or another destination, please contact Ali before ordering. The mainland delivery rate does not apply in those cases.

If you need your bag for a particular date, check with Ali before ordering. For cancellations or a change of mind, read the returns policy.
