Alison Thomas, the sole trader trading as Tote-Ali Hooked, is the controller. Email ali@totealihooked.com or use the postal contact details published in the returns policy.

Your browser saves the products and options in your shopping bag so they remain there when you return. If you accept analytics, it also remembers up to 25 recent purchase references to avoid counting an order twice. These analytics references are removed when you decline or withdraw consent.

Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment information. We do not receive or store your full card details. When an order is paid, the order service uses the necessary order, contact and delivery details to fulfil it and send order emails through Namecheap Private Email.

Vercel hosts the website. Its cookie-free analytics and performance tools help us understand traffic and how quickly pages load.

With your consent, Google Analytics records visits, product views and shopping activity. It uses cookies beginning _ga to distinguish browsers. You can change your decision through “Privacy choices” at any time. The shop works whether you accept or decline.

Sentry reports technical errors, and UptimeRobot checks whether the shop is available. Error reports are configured to exclude customer details, form contents, cookies and identifying information in page URLs.

We use order information to take steps towards and perform a contract with you. We use limited technical information for our legitimate interests in keeping the shop secure and reliable. Analytics requires your consent, which you can withdraw through the site’s consent choice.

We do not sell your personal data.

Stripe, Vercel, Google, Sentry and the email provider may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a provider transfers personal information internationally, we use its applicable data-protection terms and a lawful safeguard such as a UK adequacy regulation or approved UK international data-transfer terms. Only the information needed for that provider’s role is shared.

You may have rights to ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability of your personal information, and to withdraw analytics consent. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

We keep information only as long as it is needed to fulfil an order, deal with questions or returns, keep the shop secure, and meet tax, accounting or other legal obligations. Provider-level analytics and error data follows the retention setting configured with that provider.
