Alison Thomas is the sole trader trading as Tote-Ali Hooked, an online-only handmade bag business in the United Kingdom. The business and returns address is published in the returns policy. For product, order or complaint enquiries, email ali@totealihooked.com.

All prices are in pounds sterling. Each bag is made to order in the colours you enter on the product page. Ali may contact you to check a shade before starting. Product photographs show finished examples; your bag’s colour, measurements and handmade finish may differ.

Delivery costs £4.99 per order to mainland England, Scotland and Wales, excluding islands. Allow 1–3 weeks from order to delivery. For Northern Ireland, islands and other destinations, contact Ali before ordering. See the delivery information.

Stripe securely hosts online checkout and processes payment. You can review and correct the bag, quantity and delivery details before paying. A contract is confirmed by email after payment has been verified; if an order cannot be accepted, the payment will be refunded.

Read the returns information before ordering. In particular, the cancellation right can differ for items made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Statutory consumer rights are protected.
